WHAT SETS ME APART FROM MY COMPETITION? I will always go the extra mile for all clients no matter what loan size, credit history, bank account size or even if difficult. I know that most clients don’t have the knowledge needed for financing and need to be given their options and be educated. I pride myself in fighting hard for deals that make sense rather than just passing them off as un-approvable because they are simply going to take a lot of time and energy. I am passionate for what I do and am HONEST. I will not give false hopes and will not skirt around the truth even if it is hard to take. Getting mortgage financing sometimes takes work on behalf of the buyer before qualifying, and I am willing to educate those buyers so they can get from A to B and enjoy the dream of homeownership.
I have been in the mortgage industry for 24 years and am just as excited about it as I was when I started. I am very familiar with residential real estate transactions and construction and am always willing to go the extra mile to help a client with financing their home. There is nothing more exciting than helping someone into their first home and seeing the smiles on their faces when they get their keys.
